How this help centre works, how to find what you need, and how to ask us when you can't.

This help centre is where we collect the answers to questions you’d otherwise have to phone us about. It’s searchable, it’s bookmarkable, and it’s written by the same estimators who’d answer your call.

How to find what you need

There are three ways:

  1. Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) anywhere on this site to search across help, tools and product pages.
  2. Browse the categories below — Getting Started, BOQ Editor, Suppliers, Accounting, Troubleshooting.
  3. Use the table of contents on long articles to jump to the section you need.

When this won’t be enough

If your question is genuinely unique to your business — a complex supplier integration, a custom workflow, an accounting setup — the help centre won’t have it. That’s what we’re here for. Three ways to get a real human:

What’s in here

This section is a placeholder so you can see what the help centre will look like. Sam will be adding real articles soon, organised into:

  • Getting Started — first-time setup, importing your existing job data
  • BOQ Editor — formulas, revisions, supplier prices, takeoffs
  • Suppliers — supplier pricing, RFQs, purchase orders
  • Accounting — invoices, progress claims, retention
  • Troubleshooting — common issues and how to fix them
